Who we are
Established in 2015 by Mike Ellis, Ellis Custom Solutions has transitioned from its roots in tool and die/maintenance machining to become a full-scale production manufacturer. We continue to support our clients with specialized fin die services and maintenance machining; however, our primary expertise now lies in high-capacity production turning, utilizing advanced technology to meet the demands of modern industry.
Mike Ellis | Owner > With over 40 years of distinguished experience in the manufacturing sector, Mike has served as a lead Tooling Engineer for some of the world’s largest HVAC manufacturers. His deep-rooted technical knowledge forms the backbone of our precision operations.
Logan Ellis | Operations Manager > Logan brings 11 years of specialized expertise in tool and die, complemented by 8 years of advanced CNC machining. His dual-discipline background ensures a seamless transition from design to production.
